Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

What CrewCapture provides

CrewCapture is a web-based platform for collecting employee-submitted photos and videos, managing approvals, and organizing content. By using CrewCapture, your company and its users agree to these terms.

Pilot program

CrewCapture is currently offered as a pilot program. During this period, we may update features, adjust pricing, or make changes to the service with reasonable advance notice. No specific uptime or service level guarantees are made during the pilot.

Acceptable use

  • CrewCapture is intended for lawful business purposes only
  • Company administrators are responsible for the accounts and content in their organization
  • Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share
  • Do not attempt to access or interfere with data belonging to other companies

Your content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content submitted through CrewCapture. By uploading content, you grant CrewCapture a limited right to process and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. Media files are stored in your company's connected Google Drive account.

Account responsibilities

Company administrators are responsible for managing user access, including inviting employees and disabling accounts when appropriate. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Limitation of liability

CrewCapture is provided “as is” during the pilot period. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify active companies of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
