CrewCapture is a web-based platform that helps field service companies collect job-site photos and videos from their employees, manage approvals, and organize content. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

To operate the service, CrewCapture stores the following in a hosted database:

• User accounts — name, email address, and role for each person added to your company
• Upload records — file names, upload timestamps, approval status, and any notes attached to each submission
• Points and activity — score events, voting records, and leaderboard data used to run the rewards system
• Company settings — your company configuration, connected integrations, and preferences

Photos and videos uploaded through CrewCapture are stored in your company's own connected Google Drive account — not on CrewCapture servers. CrewCapture connects to Google Drive using OAuth 2.0 and only accesses files it creates. Your company retains full ownership and control of your Google Drive and its contents.

We use the data listed above solely to provide and operate the CrewCapture service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

• Supabase — hosts our database and manages authentication
• Google Drive — media storage for uploaded photos and videos (see above)
• Resend — sends transactional emails such as invite links, leaderboard summaries, and voting reminders
• Vercel — hosts the CrewCapture application

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including using secure HTTPS connections and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials. CrewCapture does not currently hold SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR certifications.
