Common questions
How do employees upload photos and videos?
Admins share a company-specific upload link with employees. Employees open the link on any phone or computer, select their files, and submit. No app download is required.
Where are uploaded files stored?
Files are sent directly to your company's connected Google Drive account. CrewCapture does not store media on its own servers. Your company retains full ownership and access through Google Drive.
How do I connect Google Drive?
Sign in as a company admin, go to Settings, and click Connect Google Drive. You will be prompted to authorize CrewCapture to create and manage files in your Drive.
How do employees get invited?
Admins can invite employees individually by email from the Employees page, import a CSV list, or share a join link that employees use to request access. Invited employees receive an email to set their password.
An employee's invite link isn't working
Supabase invite links expire after 24 hours. If the link has expired, go to Employees in the admin panel and send a new invite to that employee's email address.
How does the points and leaderboard system work?
Employees earn points when their uploads are approved, when their content is liked for marketing, when they submit votes during the weekly voting window, and when their uploads receive votes. Points appear on the company leaderboard. Admins can also issue manual point bonuses or adjustments from the Rewards page.
How do I reset an employee's password?
Employees can use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to request a reset email. If they no longer have access to their email, contact us and we can assist.
